Terms of Service for 180° Motivation

Welcome to 180° Motivation. By accessing or using our
services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before engaging with our offerings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any training,
workshops, or consulting services provided by 180° Motivation, you agree to
these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

180° Motivation offers motivational training, keynote
presentations, leadership discussions, and consulting services tailored for law
enforcement, corrections, and corporate organizations. Services are delivered
in-person at client-specified locations unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Booking and Payment

To schedule training, contact Jule Brownfield at [email protected] or call 713-818-9098. The standard fee for traditional motivational training is $1,750.00, excluding additional travel, room, and board expenses. All fees must be paid prior to the training date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled training date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled training.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Clients must provide a suitable training environment, including necessary equipment (e.g., projector, seating, etc.). Class size is limited to 30 participants, unless prior arrangements are made.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during training sessions, including
presentations, handouts, and other content, are the intellectual property of 180°
Motivation and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written
consent.

7. Confidentiality

Any sensitive information shared by clients during the
course of training will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to
third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

180° Motivation is not liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services,
including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of
Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email
or through our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law
principles.
