Currently, Major Brownfield serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Corrections Consulting Services (CCS), overseeing key operational strategies for the largest PREA auditing company in the country. His extensive background in detention operations, leadership development, and security assessments makes him a sought-after consultant in the field.

Leadership & Experience

Director of Detention Operations & Jail Administrator – Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO): Managed and operated jail facilities with a maximum capacity of ±11,000 inmates, overseeing a workforce of 1,500 employees.
Senior Corrections International Advisor (SCIT) – U.S. Department of Justice: Advised and trained Iraqi Corrections Service (ICS) and Ministry of Justice officials, implementing leadership training, security audits, and operational assessments. Developed training programs for prison facilities in Iraq and Jakarta, Indonesia.
Director of Detention & Courts Operations – Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office:
Led jail operations with a ±1,800 inmate capacity, overseeing 400 employees, court operations, and security services. Specialized in team building, leadership training, and operational efficiency.
